Implementation of a structured and intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) at Rimmal Residence aimed at achieving 18% annual energy reduction, promoting energy conservation, and enhancing environmental sustainability. Obsor adopted a comprehensive EMS strategy focusing on the integration of smart technologies, efficiency upgrades, behavioral interventions etc.
The system was designed to optimize energy use across HVAC, water heating while engaging residents in sustainable practices. The EMS surpassed its target, achieving a 26% annual reduction in energy consumption—44% more than the original goal.
