Project Summary

Implementation of a structured and intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) at Abudhabi Commercial Bank ( Head Office 1, Head Office 2 and ANC Building) aimed at energy reduction, promoting energy conservation, and enhancing environmental sustainability.

Obsor was involved in programming the EMS strategy focusing on the integration of smart technologies, efficiency upgrades, behavioral interventions etc. The system was designed to optimize energy use across HVAC, equipments.The EMS surpassed its target(33%) , achieving a 39% annual reduction in energy consumption.
